Introduction
Before we proceed, the purpose of this website is not to promote Islam but to create awareness and clear misconception about Islam and Muslim. Thus sustaining harmony with all section of people in the society.
Problems Faced by Muslims
While people believe that Islamophobia is not real, Muslims have been experiencing considerable change in the behaviour of people due to provoked negativity. False reports and rumours spread as propaganda against Muslims by news and social media is an important reason for this.
People feel uncomfortable to be around Muslims. While travelling they prefer not to be seated next to Muslims and look at them suspiciously. When going through security Muslims have to go through extra levels of checking. Landlords are hesitant to rent their houses to Muslims. In fact, realtors seriously believe that promoting their property as ‘Vegetarian-‐only’ will add to the market value. Muslims students feel like outcast when few in number or cast aside by fellow students.
We understand that there are many people who are against discrimination and intolerance. This message is for those people too who might change their opinion influenced by the negativity around them and also for those already influenced by it.
The reasons why the problem exists
One of the major reasons forthis hurtful prejudice is, blindly believing what the media shows. Stories and rumours are cooked up to manipulate people for political and monetary gains. Lack of knowledge has lead to misbelief that Muslims are violent and oppressive as portrayed by themedia and in movies. Prejudice also created because of a few misguided who call themselves Muslims and do evil acts of crime and terror against humanity in the name of religion .
Some people become a part of spreading hatred by believing what they see or read or hear, without proof or checking the facts, and sharing it with others.Few Muslims sometimes share stories provoking hatred in the society. They should refrain from doing so.
It is sad that Islam is falsely associated with terrorism; while the religion’s true essence is peace.
“If anyone murders an innocent person, it will be as if he has murdered the whole of humanity. And if anyone saves a person it will be as if he has saved the whole of humanity.” Quran 5:32
‘Jihad’ is misconstrued as Islam promoting terrorism, inversely it stands for the struggle towards one’s awful conscience in this materialistic world. In other ways Jihad referred to struggle with oneself to lead a better life, to stay away from un-wise activities and to do the right thing such as being good with elders & parents, charity, caring about others etc.

For instance, the concept of instant Triple Talaq is alien to Qur’an. It actually is done in a course of 3 months in hopes to mend relationships and in any case, it is not unjust to women.
Likewise Hijab means wearing an outer garment that prevents exposing to others. Face can be open and they can choose any design and colours like any other dress. Few women cover their face, and it is their personal choice.
